Evan W. Young

age 84, died Monday, March 5, 2001. He was a member of Minerva Lodge #98, AASR Valley of Dayton, Reed Commandery #6, Antioch Shrine, Royal Order of Jesters, Royal Order of Scotland, the Antioch Mound Shrine Club, Warren County Shrine Club, the Arabic Club, Antioch Greeters, Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, and Harvest Chapter OES. Evan was past president of Dayton High Twelve Club and past Ohio State President of High Twelve Club. He was also a life member of the Marine Corp. League and American Legion Post 165. Preceded in death by a brother, Francis. Survived by his wife, Nadine; 2 daughters, Lorna Osborne and her husband, John and Julie Rifenberg and her husband, Steve both of Springboro; 2 sons, Allen Young and his wife, Kathleen of FL and Thomas Young and his wife, Lisa of Dayton; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a brother, Robert Young and his wife Muriel of Centerville; and a niece, Mrs. Loretta Meyers of IN. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Edward A. Puff officiating.
