(Allen), age 84, of Centerville, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2003. She was a descendent of Rev. Thomas Mayhew, the first governor of Martha's Vineyard. Evelyn was a 1937 graduate of Western Hills High School, Cincinnati. By virtue of her heritage, she was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and long-time member of Church of the Incarnation. Evelyn formerly worked at Gibson Art Company in Cincinnati. She also shared an antique booth with her daughter in Waynesville. Evelyn liked to play golf and sew, but her most important contribution was how she cared for her family and grandchildren. Preceded in death by her brother, James Allen and granddaughter, Jamie Kleimeyer. Survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Vincent P. Kleimeyer; 3 sons, Tim Kleimeyer and his wife, Lauren, and their children, David, Christine and Katherine, Thomas Kleimeyer and his wife, Heather, and their children, Jennifer and Kelly, and James Kleimeyer and his wife, Donna, and their son, Jacob; 2 daughters, Janet Knopp and her husband, Steve, and their children, Nathan and Corey, and Patricia Bridges and her husband, Timothy, and their children, Brian, Todd and Kelsey; 4 sisters, Betty, Nancy, Barbara and Mary; and many other beloved family members and friends. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, at Church of the Incarnation, 55 Willaimsburg Lane, Centerville. The family will greet friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent DePaul, 1133 Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Ste. 300, Dayton, OH 45408.
