Evelyn L. Elkin

ELKIN, Evelyn L., age 91 of Centerville passed away on August 20, 2006 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center in Miami Township. She was a longtime member of Centerville United Methodist Church, Pep Class, and the Women’s Society of Centerville. Evelyn was the daughter John and Margaret Lain. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Edwin Elkin; daughter, Betty Hamlin. Evelyn is survived by her son-in-law, Mahlon Hamlin of Galena, OH; grandchildren, Amy Cluelow of Atlanta, GA and Kelly Westmoreland of Columbus, OH; great-grandchildren, Hunter and John Mason. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at 3:00 PM, at Centerville United Methodist Church, 63 E. Franklin St., Centerville with Rev. Roger Wright officiating. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 2-4:00 PM on Tuesday, August 22, 2206 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville.
