Frances Edwina Dennis

DENNIS, Frances Edwina, died December 5, 2005 after a long illness. Edwina was 87 years old and was born October 12, 1918 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James L. Dennis. She is survived by five children; David of Columbus, Ohio, Robert of San Diego, California, James, Jr. of Trail, Oregon, Nancy of Portland, Oregon, and William of Providence, R.I., seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She has two surviving brothers Robert Kirtley of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Hubert Kirtley of Arlington, Virginia, and many nieces and nephews. Edwina was a 66 year member of the First Baptist Church of Dayton. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering. The family will greet friends from 1-2:00 P.M., Thursday in the funeral home.
