Freda F. Price

PRICE, Freda F. (nee Fager) age 88, of Centerville passed away Saturday, July 22, 2006. She graduated from Fairview High School Class of 1936 and from Wittenberg University Class of 1940 where she was a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. Freda taught at Westville Terre Haute schools, Champaign County for two years after graduation. She was a former resident of Eaton, Ohio where she was a member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority, College Home Ec/Teachers Club and St. Paul Methodist Church. Her home church in Centerville was Centerville United Methodist Church and her service will be conducted by her Centerville pastor. Freda was preceded in death by her parents, Marta (Herman) Fager and Glen Fager; and infant brother, Dale. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ewing (Phil) Price, son Phillip and daughter-in-law Karen of Mayfield Heights, Cleveland, Ohio; daughter Sandy and son-in-law David Cail of Oakwood, Ohio; five grandchildren Josh and Carrie Price; Courtney, Adam, and Justin Cail; a sister and brother-in-law Ann and Tom Kennard of Beavercreek, Ohio; and sister Glenna Seeley of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Freda is also survived by close in-laws Ruth and Kenneth Zerkle of Westville, Ohio and Paul and Barbara Price of Urbana, Ohio; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special aunt, Edna Imes of Franklin, Ohio, and many dear friends. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial at Roseland Cemetery, Lewisburg, Ohio.
