G Alice Crauder

CRAUDER, G. Alice age 93 of Kettering, OH formerly of Fort Myers, FL passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Lincoln Park Manor. She was a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. In 1949 she obtained her Master's Degree in Supervisory Administration from the University of Dayton. Alice worked in the Mad River school system for 28 years as a teacher, principal and assistant administrator. Her last 7 years were spent at Southdale School in Kettering, where she retired after 35 years. She was previously a member of Southern Hills United Methodist Church in Kettering and presently a member of Cypress Lake United Methodist Church in Ft. Myers, FL. Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Grace Crauder and her brother, Tom Crauder. She is survived by her brother, Richard Crauder of Kettering; nieces and nephews; Cindy (Bill) Kreichbaum, MI and Cheri (Phil) Roser of Dayton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in Germantown Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cypress Lake United Methodist Church, 8570 Cypress Lake Dr., Ft. Myers, FL 33919.
