Gale W. Heffner

HEFFNER, Gale W. age 85 of Centerville, passed away, Thursday, November 14, 2002 at Liberty Retirement Community in Centerville. He was a member of David's United Church of Christ and the Montgomery County Historical Society. Gale was also a 60 year member of the Dayton Lodge #147 F&AM, the Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, Hi-Twelve International and Antioch Temple Shrine, Temple Guard. Preceded in death by his brother, Robert Heffner. Survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Jewell Heffner; daughter and son-in-law, Gayle & Bradley Jordan of Kettering; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy & Penne Heffner of Centerville and David & Carol Heffner of Lexington, KY; 4 grandchildren, David, Amy, and Daniel Heffner and Bryan Mohr. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, November 18, 2002 at the David's United Church of Christ, 170 West David Rd. in Kettering, with Pastor William Youngkin officiating. Burial in David's Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Sunday afternoon at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St. Centerville.
