Gerry Bryant Mitchell

MITCHELL, Gerry Bryant, age 72, of West Carrollton, passed away February 14, 2025. He was born June 27, 1952 in Macon, Georgia; the son of the late John Paul and Ramona (Bryant) Mitchell. Gerry is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Pam; son, Matthew; daughter, Brittney (Ian White); grandsons, Rory and Riley White; brother, L. Paul Mitchell; and many extended family members and friends.

Gerry played college football at the University of Kentucky in 1972. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture, and he worked for Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Civil Engineering for over 40 years until his retirement. After retiring, he worked for Dayton Metro Libraries as a Construction Consultant for many years. In his free time, he was an avid golfer and enjoyed attending dirt track races. Gerry will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

Gerry will be laid to rest privately by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the American Cancer Society in memory of Gerry.
