Gertrude A. Circle

age 86, born July 15, 1915, of Bethany Lutheran Village, Centerville, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2002. She was a life long member of St. John's United Church of Christ. Gertrude retired in 1976 from John D. Shafer & Associates Insurance Agency after 23 years of service. Preceded in death in 1997 by husband, John E. ''Jack'' Circle after 60 years of marriage. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathie and Tom Cowman of Dayton; brother, Robert Pester; along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at Woodland Mausoleum, 118 Woodland Ave., Dayton, 12:00 PM, Saturday, April 20, with Rev. Lawrence Rezash officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
