Gladys "Faye" Phipps

PHIPPS, (PAUL) Gladys Faye, age 98 of Kettering, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at Oak Creek Terrace. She retired as the food service director of the YMCA. Preceded in death by her husbands, Charles E. Paul and James R. Phipps; son, Charles R. Paul; daughter-in-law, Charlotte Paul; and sisters, Garnet Troutman and Anna Lee Davis. She is survived by grandsons, Gregory (Lisa) Paul of GA, Douglas (Carol) Paul of DC, Scott (Lisa) Paul of Centerville and Steven (Jamie) Paul of Beavercreek; sister, Thelma Barnett of Zanesville; 6 great grandchildren, Jeff and Jonathan Paul, Ben and Jenna Paul, and Allie and Gage Paul. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 14, 2006 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. James Nelson officiating. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8:00 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
