Harlan O. Shell

SHELL, Harlan O., age 80, of Kettering passed away Monday, April 4, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Harlan served in the United States Navy During WWII. He retired in 1982 from Premier Rubber Manufacturing Company after 37 years of service. Harlan was preceded in death by his parents, George S. and Myrtle Shell. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Kathryn Shell (Myers); son, James (Lorinda) Shell; daughter, Christy (Steve) Utz; 4 grandchildren, Kathy (Dan) Wegner, James (Annie) Shell, Mark Shell and Aaron (Suzie) Gallion; 3 great grandchildren, James Christian Shell, Isaac Lee Gallion and Garrett Mason Gallion; sister, June Tumbleson; and brother, George (Ann) Shell. In memory of Harlan, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
