Heinz Brahm

BRAHM, Heinz, age 86, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in Kettering. He was born July 13, 1921 in Werl, Germany and immigrated with his wife and children to the United States in 1956. He was the oldest son of Franz and Katharina Brahm. Heinz was preceded in death by his loving wife Magdalena (Lenka) Brahm in 1989. He is survived by his daughter Maggie & Bill Petkewicz and sons Paul & Lesli Brahm and Victor & Michelle Brahm. Also survived by his beloved grandchildren Michelle, Zachary, Alex, Nicholas and Madeleine in addition to numerous family and friends. Heinz was a veteran of WW II, retired from Monsanto in 1986 and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Dayton. The family will receive friends 5 to 7:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
