Helen Josephine Campbell

CAMPBELL, Helen "Jo" Josephine (Metcalfe) age 83 of Centerville passed away on Monday, January 5, 2009 at Bethany Lutheran Village. Jo graduated from Roosevelt High School and retired from St. Elizabeth Medical Center in 1985. She was a member of the Epiphany Lutheran Church and Miamisburg Chapter Eastern Star, serving as all five star points. Jo was also an active member of the Bethany community for 19 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Susie Metcalfe; husband, Creighton Campbell and daughter, Susan Heihle. Jo is survived by son, James (Judy) Campbell of Carmel, NY; daughter, Mary (William) Wimsatt of Troy, MI; 8 grandchildren, Wayne and Joseph Campbell, Chris Rishforth, Dawn (Brian) Lietzke, Becky and William Jr. (Nicole) Wimsatt; 7 great-grandchildren; goddaughter, Kathy Evans and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 6430 Far Hills Ave., Centerville. Family will receive friends following the service at the church.
