Hildegard B. Horner

age 79 of Kettering, died Monday, March 12, 2001. She was a high school and college graduate in Vienna, Austria earning degrees in Psychology and Music. Hildegard was a member of the Church of The Ascension Church, the American Legion Auxiliary Post 598 for 20 years and the VFW Auxiliary Post 9927 for 24 years. Survived by her husband of 48 years, Alva Horner; a son, Norman and his wife Suzan and 2 grandchildren, Norman II and Robert, all of Ormond Beach, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday at the Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Dr., Kettering with 12:30 P.M. prayers in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00 P.M., Wednesday in the funeral home.
