Irene Carroll Scheidt

SCHEIDT, Irene Carroll, age 68, passed away Friday on August 18, 2017. Irene was born to Charles and Laura (Clark) Carroll on July 10, 1949 in Dayton, OH. She graduated from Wilber Wright High School and attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Irene enjoyed working in the garden, tending to her many flowers. She was a fantastic mother and grandmother. Irene was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Charles and Larry Carroll. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Charles R. Scheidt; daughter, Jennifer (Anthony) Turner of Kettering; son, Jason (Julie) Scheidt of Riverside; grandchildren, Grace, Gabriella, Jordan, Jennifer; sisters, Shirley Boykin, Mary Jones, Wanda Noble; brother, George M. Carroll. A special thanks to the Pink Ribbon Girls, especially Shawn Egbert, for their wonderful support and friendship. The family will greet friends Tuesday, August 22, from 6-8pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd, Kettering. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Immaculate Conception, 2300 Smithville Rd, Dayton. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Pink Ribbon Girls, 15 S 2nd St, Tipp City, OH 45371.
