DAUGHERTY, D.D.S., Jack A., age 93, of Dayton, OH, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Jack was born on November 6, 1924 in Columbus, OH. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII stationed in Guam and served with the Marine Corp. on Iwo Jima where he received a Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
Jack graduated from Case Western School of Dentistry and attended Ohio University. He was a member of the Porsche club of America, charter member of Sycamore Creek Country Club, Dayton Marine Corp League and associated with Miami Valley Hospital. Jack also was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Shrine Club.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy. He is survived by son, Gary (Diane) Daugherty. A grave side service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Davids Cemetery.
