DOORE, Jack Eugene, Jr., age 48, of Kettering, OH, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Jack was born on October 15, 1966 in Decatur, IL.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Kristin; daughter, Emmalei Doore; son, Sean Doore; parents, Jack E. and Carol (nee Coughlin) Doore, Sr.; brother, Tom Doore and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Family will greet friends from 2:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 10:00am.
In memory of Jack, donations may be made to A Special Wish Foundation, 436 Valley St #1 Dayton, Ohio 45404. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Hospice of Dayton for their dedication to Jack.
