age 69, of Oakwood, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2001. He attended Oakwood schools before graduating in 1953 from Dartmouth University, then received his law degree in 1957 from Boston University Law School. Jack was an attorney in Dayton for 44 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959. He was the owner of Eichelberger Shopping Center. He was a lifetime member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, F.O.P., Amvets, Dayton and Ohio Bar Associations, Dayton Country Club, Polish Club and the Galt Ocean Mile Association. Preceded in death by his parents, Perle and Eleanor Eichelberger. Survived by his wife of 34 years, Sally McCrory Eichelberger; daughter, Suzanne Adkins; 2 sons, Jack W. Eichelberger, Jr. and John W. Eichelberger, III; and many close friends to numerous to name. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 33 West Dixon, Oakwood, with the Rev. Melody Williams officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, in Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave. at Irving, Oakwood. Entombment will be in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, PO Box 3509, Dayton OH 45401-3509 or American Cancer Society, Montgomery County Unit, 40 S. Perry St., Ste. 120, Dayton OH 45402-1429.
