James E. Neelands

NEELANDS, James E. “Jim” age 55, of Springboro, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Southview Hospital. He was a 1975 graduate of Cal State University in Northridge, CA and had worked for GE Capitol Computer Company. Jim served in the United States Coast Guard Reserves. He was an avid LA Dodger fan and enjoyed taking cruises with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Harriett Neelands. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sharon Neelands; sister, Judy (Raphael) Flores of Orange County, CA; nephew, Cory Flores; sister-in-law; Erin Cavit of Lake City, CO; brothers-in-law, James Paul Casey of Sacramento, CA, Kevin Casey of North Hollywood, CA and Sean Casey of Gaston, OR; and in-laws, Jim and Shirley Casey of Seaside, OR. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 22, 2006 from 3-5 PM at the Routsong Funeral home, 81 North Main St., Centerville, OH. Graveside services will be held in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA. In memory of Jim, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society, 40 S. Perry St., Ste 120, Dayton, OH 45402-1429.
