HOWELL, James “Lee,” age 52, of Oakwood, passed away on Tuesday evening, August 23, 2011, after an extended illness.
A 1976 graduate of Oakwood High School, Lee was the owner and operator of Audio Video Design Group, installing audio and video systems in homes all over the nation.
Overall, his life completely revolved around his son, Nathan.
Preceded in death by his parents, Ted Howell and Patricia Duffy Howell, both of Oakwood. Lee is survived by his beloved son, Nathan James Howell, and Nathan’s mother, Pamela Howell of Centerville, OH; two brothers, Dan L. Howell and Todd D. (Kim) Howell, and niece and nephew, Spencer Howell and Shelby Howell, all of Oakwood.
Funeral services will be at Noon on Saturday, August 27, 2011, at Christ United Methodist Church, 3440 Shroyer Road, Kettering, the Rev. Mark Damschroder officiating.
A brief visitation opportunity will follow the church service. In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to contribute to Hospice of the Miami Valley, 46 N. Detroit Street, Suite B, Xenia, OH 45385. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.routsong.com.
