age 70, of Xenia passed away Saturday, May 26, 2001. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church for 30 years, an avid model airplane flyer and member of Miami R/C. James served as a 2nd Class Petty Officer during the Korean War. Preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Jean (Holzman) Steiner. Survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Barbara (Lambert) Steiner; daughter, Kathy and her husband, William Sheehan; 2 sons, Russ Steiner and James F. Steiner; 3 grandchildren, Bill Sheehan, Kelli and her husband, Matt Brown and Christopher Steiner; a great granddaughter, Madison Brown; a sister, Helen Friedman; and 3 special friends, Pastor Rick Arrowood, Ron Frith and Dr. John Peterangelo. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, in Faith Baptist Church, 4215 Indian Ripple Rd., Beavercreek with Pastor Wm. Gary Favor officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, in Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia. Jim requested donations be made to Charles C. Lynn Memorial Fund in his name to further spread the Word of the Lord to all people.
