James Timothy Cline

CLINE, James Timothy, Jr., age 69, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Tim was born to James Timothy and Matilda (nee Mayer) Cline, Sr. on November 30, 1944 in Ogden, UT. He graduated from Chaminade High School in 1963, Indiana University Business School 1967, and Ohio State University Law School in 1969 with a JD degree. Tim was a U.S. Air Force Captain from 1970-1974, and a member of Downtown Dayton Lions Club. He practiced family law with Cline and Cline Law Practice from 1969-2010 Also served as a Madison Twp. Trustee 1977-1991. Tim is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Barbara. He is survived by his son, Christopher of Burbank, CA and his loving extended family. The family would like to send their deepest gratitude to Kevin Martin as well as staff at Mercy Sienna Nursing Home for all the wonderful care they have given him. Family will greet friends from 11:00am-12:00pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 3033 Far Hills Ave. Kettering with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:00pm. Burial at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Downtown Dayton Lions Club, E. 1st St. Dayton, OH 45401.
