Janene Elaine Spring

SPRING, Janene Elaine, age 80, of Centerville, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2014. Janene was born on July 12, 1933 in Atlantic, IA to the late Donald and Margaret Woolsey. She worked at Mutual of Omaha for many years, was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, and loved to cook and read. Janene was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Stanley Spring; brothers, Gerald Woolsey and Donald Woolsey; and sisters, Shirley Chisman and Marlene Woolsey. She is survived by her children, Matthew (Merrill) Spring of Troy and Mary Spring of Centerville; grandsons, Noah and Samuel; and sister, Ramona (Robert) Smith. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, May 21st, at Concordia Lutheran Church, 250 E. Peach Orchard Ave., Dayton, OH 45419. Family will greet friends following the service. The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of Dayton for all their dedicated care and loving support.
