Jean E. Loop (Hughes) Nee Staib

age 79, of Dayton, died Monday, May 28, 2001 at Elmcreek Nursing Home. Jean was a member of Hope United Methodist Church where she was in the church choir. Preceded in death by her husband of 3 years, Richard Loop. Survived by a daughter, Kathy and her husband, William, of Centerville; 2 sons, Mike and his wife, Sandi Hughes of Grand Rapids MN and Charles Hughes of Moline IL; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 1 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm., Thursday, in the funeral home. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Miami Valley Chapter, The Laurelwood, 3797 Summit Glen Dr., Ste. 100, Dayton OH 45449.
