Jeffrey Alan Kukla

KUKLA, Jeffrey Alan "Fisher", of Washington Twp., passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the age of 22. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Kukla and brother, Chris Kukla. He is survived by his mother, Jan Kukla; step-father, Jim Burdette; brother, Kevin Kukla; sister, Leah Burdette; niece, Isabella Cox; grandma, Donna Necessary; special friends, Dan and Patty Nock; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A very special thanks to our extended family of nurses and caregivers for the many years of love and support. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 18, 2012 from 2:00-5:00PM at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 81 N. Main Street, Centerville. Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, March 19, 2012 at 10:30AM at St. Henry's Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Pike, Miami Twp.
