Jerry Lou Atherton

ATHERTON, Jerry Lou, age 75, of Kettering passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born on April 23, 1938 in Dayton, OH to the late Jerome and Ruth Urbanas. Jerry was owner, President and "The Boss" of A Atherton Plumbing since 1956. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard Atherton. Jerry was survived by her children, Jerry D. (Patty) Atherton, Debbie (Garrick) Webb, Linda Sue Koller and Jeff (Angel) Atherton; grandchildren, Stephanie, Katie, Todd, Richard, Kelly, Molly, Kristin, Greg, Alex and Jessie; great-grandchildren, Mason and Thomas; and siblings, Sandy Huff and Ray (Bonnie) Urbanas. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering. Family will greet friends following the service at Jerry Lou's home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Autism Society-Dayton Chapter, 4801 Springfield Street, Dayton, Ohio 45431.
