Joan A Conger

CONGER, Joan A., age 78, of Oakwood passed away Sunday, April 27, 2008 at Kettering Medical Center. Joan was a school teacher for the Cleveland City Schools and an avid egg artist. She was preceded in death by her parents, George E. and Alice M. Wilhelm, and son, Jesse Allen Conger. Joan is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Jesse L. Conger III; daughter, Pamela A. Conger-Cox (Steven); sister Alice M. Strathman; brother George "Fritz" Wilhelm; grandchildren Alicia and Madeline Cox. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday May 3, 2008 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 12-2:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Lung Association 11113 Kenwood Rd.
