John E. Wunder

WUNDER, John E. Jr., age 50, of Kettering passed away Sunday, October 30, 2005 at Sycamore Hospital. John was a 1973 graduate of Fairmont West High School and he attended the University of Cincinnati. John was very active in ROTC, a member of the American Rifle Association and in Pershing Rifles, even going to competition in Washington, DC. He was in auto parts sales. John was also an avid and devoted animal lover. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, William Wunder and is survived by his parents, John Sr. and Barbara Wunder; 2 brothers, Nicholas (Amy) Wunder and Bob (Patty) Wunder; 3 sisters, Margaret Hass, Beth (Al) Wyrick and Rachael Wunder; 6 nieces and nephews, Julie, Tom, Jennifer, Katherine, Mike and Alex. John was a wonderful and caring son and brother with a heart of gold. Funeral services will be held Thursday November 3, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. David Bickett officiating. Burial in David’s Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday from 12-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
