CLARK, John L., age 81, of Centerville, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2002 at Walnut Creek Nursing Home, in Kettering. He was a member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, and served in the Army during WWII. John was a charter member and past president of Kettering Rotary Club. He was preceded in death by his brother, Leo F. Clark. John is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Helen L. Clark and 2 sons and one daughter; son, Gerry M. (Donna) Clark of Centerville; and his son, Sean (Paula) Clark of CA; their children, Tim, Ashleigh and Chrissy; son, John L. Jr. (Patricia) Clark of Centerville; their son, John III of St. Petersburg, FL; daughter, Jeannie (David) Kendig of Oakwood; their children, Vincent , Elizabeth, Joseph, Mary, Daniel and Michaela Kendig, all of Oakwood; 2 sisters, Virginia Denton of FL, and Gene Roberts of Cincinnati; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday at 12:00 noon at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. Family will greet friends Monday evening from 6-8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering . Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family via the funeral home's website at www.routsong.com.
