Joseph A. Macke

MACKE, Joseph A., age 85 of Kettering loving and loved husband, father, and grandfather passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Kettering Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Angela Macke and beloved and devoted wife, Dorothy Macke. Survived by his sons, Bruce (Linda) and Rick; grandchildren, Jennifer and John (Brooke); and brother, Edward. Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Air Force in World War II and retired from WPAFB in 1986. Private graveside services will be held in David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given in Joseph's memory to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
