Joshua Ray Brooks

It is with great sadness that the family of Joshua “Josh” Ray Brooks announce his sudden passing on Friday, June 24, 2022 at the age of 39.

Josh was born to Tommy “Tom” Brooks and Beverlee Rearick in Xenia, OH on July 12, 1982. He was a loving son, brother, and friend to many. Josh is preceded in death by his father, Tom Brooks. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Beverlee Rearick; his step-father, Jerry Rearick; his brother, Jason Brooks and sister-in-law Marybeth; his sister, Shawna McCann; his niece, nephews, cousins, as well as extended family members and friends. Josh was a man with a great sense of humor and a kind heart. He will be deeply missed, but his laughter and the wonderful memories he helped create will never be forgotten by those who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date for immediate family members.
