Josie Laurence

LAURENCE, Josephine “Josie”, age 51, of Centerville, passed away on July 20, 2005. Josie was born and raised in Piedmont, CA and has lived in various places, including Mt. Pleasant, S.C. before moving to the Centerville area. She was a reading teacher at Driscoll Elementary School in Centerville. Josie was preceded in death by her father, Richard Charles McAuliffe and her brother, Michael Frederic McAuliffe. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Rob Laurence. Josie is also survived by her daughter, Jacie and her husband Rich Cahoon and their children, Cade and Kylie; her son, Aubrey Laurence and his wife Jen Czak; and son, Noah and his wife, Joy Laurence and their daughter, Carly; mother, Mary Margaret McAuliffe (Dr. Lawrence Arnstein); brother, Richard Charles (Barbara) McAuliffe, M.D.; sisters, Stephanie McAuliffe and Mary Carol (Bill Schmutz) McAuliffe and sister-in-law, Cathy McAuliffe; 8 nieces and nephews and 2 grandnieces. A memorial service celebrating Josie’s life will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2005 at 1:30PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, Centerville Chapel, 81 N.Main St. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Ohio Valley Affiliate, PO Box 182039, Dept.13, Columbus, OH 43218 or the American Cancer Society, 40 S.
