Julia "Judy" Hovden

HOVDEN, Julia Jean Judy, age 80, of Centerville, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Bethany Lutheran Village where she was a resident for three months. She was a graduate of Amboy, Minnesota High School in 1956. Julia spent her entire married life as a homemaker. She was a member of Bethany Church of Christ. Julia loved to travel and especially camping with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Cassie Larson; sister, Delores (Mike) McLean, and niece Colleen (McLean) Stay and Susan (McLean) Olson. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert; daughter, Karen (Dennis) Scheiderer; son, Bruce (Jodi); son, Dennis, niece Lori (Scott) Golinghorst and nephew Randall (Kathy) Schultz. A private family service will be held at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St, Centerville, Friday, January 19, 2018. Pastor Damon Reid will officiate and burial will be at Davids Cemetery.
