Kathleen Ann "Kathy" Ball

BALL, Kathleen Ann “Kathy”, age 70 of Kettering, OH, passed away on October 23, 2020. Kathy was born in Youngstown, OH on November 29, 1949 to the late Robert and Beverly Ball. She was a graduate of Fairmont East High School in 1967, received her BS from Wittenburg University, Springfield, OH in 1971 and her Masters of Education from Wright State University in 1977. Kathy was passionate about education and helping those who struggled with learning disabilities. She retired after a long career from Northmont High School. Kathy was an avid reader and was well versed on many topics.

She is survived by her brother, Kenneth R. (Sandy) Ball; niece, Kathryn (Shane) Ball-McPhillips; and numerous cousins.

With respect to Kathy’s wishes and due to COVID, there will be no services.
