Kathryn Huntley Gilbert

GILBERT, Kathryn Huntley (formerly Dorfmeyer) , age 82, of Kettering, passed away Friday, September 4, 2009 atBethany Village. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Frank W. Dorfmeyer and William J. Gilbert. Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Nancy (William) Cadieux; sons, Alan (Karen) and David (Sue) Dorfmeyer; step-sons, James Gilbert, Daniel (Melodie) Gilbert, and William T. (Dorothy) Gilbert and step-daughter, Mary A. (Michael) Cox; grandchildren, Heather (Wynn) Hasler, Kristin and Rebecca Dorfmeyer, Caity and Drew Dorfmeyer, Jennifer and Patrick Cadieux; step-grandchildren, Andrew, Benjamin and Jessica Cox, Elizabeth and Hannah Gilbert. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 901 East Stroop Road, Kettering, with visitation from 10-11:00 AM. Private burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given in Kathryn's memory to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or Bethany Village.
