Kathryn J. Turner

TURNER, Kathryn J. "Kay" (nee Konnert), died Saturday, May 14, 2011 suddenly and unexpectedly just short of her 92nd birthday. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Dan Turner. Kay is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Turner Neiman and Cheryl Turner both of Dayton; two granddaughters, Hilary Turner-Woolley of Augusta, GA and Meredith Turner-Woolley of Chicago, IL; son-in-law, Michael Woolley; sister, Louise Dobson of Buffalo, NY, many nieces, nephews and special friends. Kay was an enthusiastic cruciverbalist, lifelong bridge expert and most of all, a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She will never be forgotten. Viewing will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 from 2:30 3:00PM; funeral service will be at 3:00PM with reception immediately following at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH. A private family interment will be held at Woodland Mausoleum. Please, in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton OH 45420.
