age 62, of Xenia, passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 22, 2005. Ken graduated from Chaminade High School and attended St. Mary’s College in San Antonio, TX. He retired from WPAFB as a Supply Technician. Ken also served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and attended Cross Point Church. Preceded in death by his parents, A. Paul and Jane Munchel; nephew, Cadet Joseph D. Pistana. Survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Velma Munchel; daughter, Kendra Leigh Munchel, of Addison, TX; sisters, Judy M. Wenzler and Bonnie M. (Joseph D.) Mercuri; nephews, Jay and Jeff Pistana and Matt Mercuri; niece, Manja Schenking and life long friends, Denny, Harry, Jerry and Mel. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday at Cross Point Church, 38 N. Main St., Centerville with Rev. William B. Browning officiating. Burial in Centerville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5-8:00 PM, Friday at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Cross Point Church, 38 N.
