age 77 of Kettering, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2001. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the South Pacific Theater of Operations (Okinawa). He was a career Air Force employee assigned to WPAFB. Ken served as a Senior Civilian Staff officer at HqAFLC, Directorate of Logistics, during his 35 year tour. He was a member of the Walnut Grove Country Club, WPAFB Officers Club, The Michael L. Finnell #711, F&A.M., the Rabboni Chapter #232 of Fairborn, Ohio, the VFW Post #4289, the American Legion Post #8 of Winter Haven, FL, the BPOE Lodge #51 of Springfield, OH and the FOE Aerie #321 of Dayton, OH. Survived by his wife, Sara (Dottie); and a daughter and son-in-law, Linda S. Wolfe and Rod Olson of Glen Ellyn, IL. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, at David's Mausoleum, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering. The family invites relatives and friends to visit and share memories immediately prior and immediately following the service.
