Lala Ione Damuth

DAMUTH, Lala, I., age 96, of Kettering passed away Thursday, January 24, 2008 in her home at Walden Pointe. Lala was a graduate of Fairmont High School and worked at the womans fashion store "Thal's" in the 1950's. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Daisy Ryan; husband, LeRoy "Jack" Damuth in 1995; sister, Waneta Myers; brother, Nolan "Peck" Ryan; niece Sharon Mescher; brother-in-law Alfred Myers and sister-in-law Delores Ryan. Lala is survived by her daughter Patricia Zink; her loving grandson, Michael LeRoy Zink and niece, Joan Ruffing. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in Beavertown Cemetery in Kettering. Family will receive friends from 12:00- 1:00 PM at the funeral home. In memory of Lala, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
