Landon Evans

EVANS, Landon, age 66, of Lebanon, OH, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2003. He was a graduate of Clark County High School, Winchester, KY and Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY. Landon served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was past president of Lion Apparel Inc. Landon attended Ridgeville Community Church and was a member of Walnut Grove Country Club. Preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Mayfra Evans and sister, Imogene Sams. Survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jane; 2 daughters, Terri and her husband, Patrick Jacomet, of Troy, OH, and Lana Evans of Centerville, OH; 3 grandchildren, Lauren, Cassidy and Kyle Shaw; 2 step-grandchildren, Troy and Andy Jacomet; brother, James Evans; sister, Anna Stone; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM, Thursday, at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, with Rev. Stephen Strong officiating.
