Larry Russell Fouty

FOUTY, Larry Russell, age 76, of Centerville, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022. He was born January 24, 1946 in Gary, Indiana to Harry and Elsie Fouty. Larry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sue; son, Michael of Georgia; daughters, Michelle (Glen) Shelley of Centerville and Laura Asher of Colorado; grandchildren, Caitlyn and Yelsa Asher, Mia, Hannah, Cara, Brady, Malachi, Lily, and Elijah Shelley; great granddaughter, Gracie Harmon.

Larry was a lover of Christ and long term member of Living Hope Church in Centerville, and a music director at New Carlisle Nazarene Church. He had a servant’s heart and was devoted to the church and even completed a mission trip to Honduras. Larry was also an avid movie watcher, especially Star Wars, and an OSU football fan. He was a Parts Manager and worked at Hidy Honda Dealership, Castrucci Dealership, Evans Arena Dodge Dealership, K-Mart, and a ticket taker at the Rave Theater.

A visitation will be held Monday, August 1 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, OH with a funeral service on Tuesday, August 2 at 10:00AM at Living Hope Church, 1150 W Spring Valley Pike, Centerville, OH. For those wishing to attend virtually, a live stream will be available to view from the Routsong Channel found on www.YouTube.com.
