Lawrence "Larry" Marra

MARRA, Lawrence, age 65, of Dayton, passed away on August 24, 2020.

Lawrence was born to the late Lawrence and Delores (Norton) Marra in Dayton, OH on October 11, 1954. He graduated from Oakwood High School and earned his Masters of Clinical Psychology from Wright State University. Lawrence retired from his career as a music teacher for Dayton Public Schools in 2008 and worked as the Minister of Music for South Park Methodist Church until May of 2016. His daughter was his life and music was his soul.

Lawrence will be memorialized by his daughter, Emily Marra Johnson; siblings, Jeri Marra Wallitsch, Steven Marra, and Susan Marra.

Family will greet friends between 10AM-12PM on Monday, September 14 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E STROOP RD, KETTERING. A Funeral Service will begin at NOON at the funeral home.
