Leonard R. Cannell

CANNELL, Leonard R., age 72, of Kettering passed away Thursday, April 20, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Leonard received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Case Western Reserve and his Master’s Degree in Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He retired as a Major from Wright Patterson Air Force Base after 22 years of service. He was a member of the Ohio State Corporation of Dance Clubs, Dayton International Festival Incorporated, the Ohio State Dance Convention and five national square dance committees. Leonard is survived by his loving wife, Mona Cannell; daughter, Raelynn (Rick) Bryan of Kettering; 2 sons, Brendan Scott Cannell of Kettering and Lt. Col. Larry Seman of Washington, D.C.; and 4 grandchildren, Brittany, Rachel, Cody Bryan, and Nickolas Seman. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at 6:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering.
