age 59 of Beavercreek, died Thurs., June 14, 2001. He was a member of the Kettering Church of Christ and was Co-Owner and Vice President of Battery Warehouse/Imperial Sales. Lewis served in Viet Nam with the U. S. Army. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas Clarence and Helen Lynn Hickey. Survived by his wife of 26 years, Judy; a brother, Thomas and his wife Bernice Hickey of Griffith, IN; a sister, Carolyn and her husband Ronald Gallihar of Beavercreek; an aunt, several nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 19 in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road, Kettering with James Grushon Jr. officiating. Burial in Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, P.O. Box 3509, Dayton, Ohio 45401-3509.
