Lida A. Talley

TALLEY, Lida Ann, age 74, of Dayton passed away on Monday, August 1, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Lida was born December 21, 1932 in her own home in Cumberland Furnace, TN. She was an active member of the Central Christian Church and worked as a Registered Nurse at numerous hospitals around the Dayton area. Lida worked hard later in life to earn her bachelor’s degree. She was the founding member of the Senior Citizens Fitness Group through her church and was a proud member of the Wrinkle-Butts. Lida was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Doris Talley. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Bob and Kim Wetesnik, Laura and Kirk Fitch, Barbee and Jimmy Winterbotham and Joanna and Gary McCord; grandchildren, Lindsey, Daniel, Matthew, Keith (Stephanie), Tommy, Jennifer, Angela, Marshall, Brett, Erin, Shannon, Jeremy and Blake; 2 great-grandchildren, Jackie and Keith, Jr., and a large extended family in Dickson, TN. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2007 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering at 4:00pm with Rev. David Turner officiating. Burial on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 10:00am Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 5, 2007 from 1-4:00 pm at the funeral home.
