Lillian C. Hester

HESTER, Lillian Catherine, age 80, of Kettering, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2000. She was a sculptor of ceramics of fine collectibles and along with her daughter operated Hester Collectibles in Kettering. Lillian graduated from Augusta High School, Augusta KY, and loved gardening. Preceded in death by her former husband, Raymond Earl Hester. Survived by 1 daughter, Janice Hester of Kettering; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Vicki Hester of Davison MI, Larry and Becky Hester of Dayton and Randy and Valerie Hester of Mansfield; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters-in-law, Beatrice Browning of Kettering and Myrtle Dean Stewart of Lexington KY. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, in Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Rev. Ed Doolin officiating. The family will greet friends from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., Thursday evening in the funeral home. Burial will be in David's Cemetery.
