Lisa A. Mcdaniel

McDaniel, Lisa A., age 46 of Centerville, OH passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009. Lisa is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; Harold and Irene Gegel and maternal grandparents; Carl and Elsa Okeson. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Dennis W.; two sons; Andrew "Drew" and Tyler McDaniel, parents; Harold and Sonja Gegel of Centerville, two sisters and brothers-in-law; Karen (George) Sideris of Mesa, AZ., Gretchen (Jim) Pribula of Centerville, brothers and sisters-in-law; Scott (Jennifer) McDaniel and Amy (Chuck) Cowgill, two nieces; Kirsten and Keri Pribula, four nephews; Carson and Caden McDaniel, and Trayce and Bryce Cowgill, in-laws; Dave and Jane McDaniel of Centerville. Lisa graduated from Fairmont West High School in 1980 and Eastern Kentucky University in 1984. She was a substitute teacher at Stingley Elementary School in Centerville for many years. Lisa was a "team mom" active in all the behind the scenes planning and coordinating of team events. She also enjoyed gardening, caring for her pets, and helping friends with house decorating decisions. Lisa was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church in Centerville where she served in Middle School Ministry as a small group leader. Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Epiphany with Rev. John Bradosky and Rev. Fritz Weise officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until service time. Internment will follow in David's Cemetery. Reception to follow at Epiphany.
