CAYLOR, Lois A., age 76 of Kettering, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 2nd, 2009 at her residence. Lois graduated from Roosevelt High School and retired from Standard Register after 39 years of service as a Manager of Information Services. She was past president of Dayton Women's Bowling Assoc., past first Vice-President of Ohio Women's Bowling Assoc. She is a member of the Dayton Women's Bowling Assoc. and Ohio Women's Bowling Assoc. Hall of Fame. She volunteered for 18 years with the Dayton Bowling Proprietors Assoc. as the In School bowling program coordinator. Lois coordinated the Old Timers Charity event for 10 years which raised over $100, 000 for cancer. She also worked for Dayton Family Services. Preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence H. and Myrtle Caylor and sister, Arlene Lees. Lois is survived by her brother, Lowell Caylor and his wife Laura; brother-in-law Tom Lees and his wife Nancy; numerous nieces, nephews and friends; and best friend, Mary Hardin and her family. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 5th , 2009 at 11:00 AM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH with Pastor Pete Peterson officiating. A visitation will held on Friday, from 5:00–8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 or Charity of choice.
