Lou Ann Price

PRICE, Lou Ann, age 96, of Dayton, passed away December 29, 2016. Born to W.E. and Ruth Dechant on August 7, 1920. Lou Ann graduated from Franklin High School, Hillsdale College, and Miami Jacobs College. She served as a second class yeoman in the Navy WAVES during WWII. Lou Ann was an avid bridge player and active member of Faith Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Altar Guild and Women's Circle and the Ladies of the Nile Shrine. Preceded in death by her parents; son, David; and husband, Leon. Lou Ann is survived by a daughter, Cathy; sister, Elizabeth (Dede); and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 W. Third St., Dayton, OH. Burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to Faith Lutheran Church the Antioch Shrine Center.
