Louis E. Walborn

WALBORN, Louis "Louie" E., age 68, of Bellbrook, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2008 in Dayton. Louis was preceded in death by his parents Raymond Walborn and Anna Belle Walborn, his first wife Barbara Walborn and an infant son. Louie was a teacher in the Dayton School System for 26 years, retiring in 1987. Louis was a musician playing the trumpet in the Kettering Civic Band and the Letter Carriers Band and enjoyed antique and classic cars and motorcycles. Louis is survived by his wife of 16 years, Shirley (Sorah) Walborn and son Todd (Susan) Walborn of Birmingham, AL; one grandson Tyler; and one brother Stuart Walborn of Dayton, OH. A memorial service will be held at Patterson Park Church, 3655 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH, on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 10:30 AM with Pastor Dan Sietman officiating. Visitation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1313 W. Dorothy Lane, Kettering, OH 45409.
